Favorite Song: One of my top 2025 songs. Bon Iver is always in the playlist. He has been a favorite for a long time, but going to college in Eau Claire, WI solidified me as a fan for life - iykyk.
Favorite Concert: This is controversial since I did go to the Eras Tour (Mpls Night 1), but seeing Tame Impala at Surly Brewing Field is still #1 in my books.
Favorite Read: My most recent favorites are a tie between “Look Closer” by David Ellis and “Wild” by Cheryl Strayed. I love a fast paced thriller just as much as I love a powerful nonfiction.
A little more on the career side: I graduated from UW- Eau Claire with a Bachelor’s degree in Geography in 2016. I worked as a Digital Mapping Technician using stereo aerial imagery, LiDAR, and photogrammetry. Due to Covid, I switched paths and became a General Merchandise Team Lead at Target, leading a diverse team and gaining confidence in my leadership and managerial skills. I left Target to pursue UX Design at Prime Digital Academy. I learned about the complete design lifecycle while navigating ambiguous and complex challenges. I graduated from Prime Digital Academy with a UX Design certificate. I began working on freelance projects and refining my skills while navigating the job market. In July 2024, I began my role as a Marketing Assistant at Sail Property Management. I was promoted within 8 months and am now a Creative & UX Specialist.
